WhatsApp also intends to offer an optional premium feature as part of its subscription model for business app customers. WhatsApp says it is developing a tool that would allow organizations to manage communications across up to ten devices. The platform is also developing customized WhatsApp click-to-chat buttons that businesses can use to entice clients and start a conversation. Finally, WhatsApp indicated that they will be provided as optional capabilities in exchange for a price levied via the WhatsApp Business app as part of a new premium version.
